These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 5pk365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5pk365 website accessible at https://5pk365.cam/ and all associated services, features, content and products offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 5pk365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address and contact details. For users in Pakistan, CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid government-issued identification may be required for KYC purposes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5pk365 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure, and funds held may be subject to review pending compliance clearance.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, 5pk365 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and void any Bonuses associated with the duplicate registration. The original Account may be retained at the operator's discretion.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 5pk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately via the Help Center.

Deposits to your 5pk365 Account are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the cashier supports this. All available deposit methods are displayed in your live cashier at the time of transaction.

5.1 Available Payment Methods

Payment options available in the cashier may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced as familiar Pakistani financial services only. 5pk365 does not represent that any of these providers endorses, supports or permits gambling-related transactions. Users must verify the terms and policies of their chosen payment provider independently.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

5.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are accepted, they are subject to the applicable cryptocurrency terms displayed in the cashier. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible — ensure wallet addresses are correct before initiating any transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed identity verification (KYC), compliance review and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. 6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and any compliance review requirements. E-wallet methods (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, where available) may be processed differently from bank transfer or Raast instant transfer methods. No specific processing speed guarantee is given or implied. Blockchain-based cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside the operator's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

5pk365 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, incomplete KYC, breach of these Terms, or any other compliance concern. In such cases, the operator will communicate the reason for delay where legally permissible.

All bets placed on 5pk365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, game or market selected. The following general provisions apply across all betting activities.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

5pk365 reserves the right to refuse any bet, impose stake limits on any market, or restrict betting for any individual Account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in the format selected in your account settings (decimal, fractional or other available formats). Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at time of acceptance apply. 5pk365 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event or odds format at any given time.

7.3 Cancelled and Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by the operator in the event of event cancellation, abandonment, manifest pricing error, data feed failure or any other circumstance determined by the operator in accordance with applicable sports betting rules. Voided bets are returned as stake to the Account balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets on cricket (including PSL, ICC T20, bilateral ODI and Test matches), football, UFC and other live events are accepted subject to connectivity, data feed availability and operator discretion. Connectivity issues on the user's end do not entitle a user to void or reverse a bet already accepted by the system.

7.5 Manifest Errors

Bets placed at odds that result from an obvious error — including, without limitation, a pricing error, technical malfunction or data feed error — are void. 5pk365 will not be liable for any apparent winnings arising from a manifest error.

5pk365 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback schemes and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific offer terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over these general provisions in the event of any conflict.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility conditions are specified per offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any Bonus balance or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe.
• 5pk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• One bonus per person, household, IP address and device unless otherwise specified.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, or exploiting manifest errors in bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5pk365 reserves the right to void associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close the Account in such circumstances.

8.3 PKR Offer Amounts

Offer amounts displayed on the Platform are in PKR unless otherwise stated. Any figures displayed in promotional materials represent illustrative examples unless confirmed as live active offers in the promotions section of your authenticated account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5pk365 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Registering more than one Account (see One Account Policy, clause 4.3).
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds or other intellectual property of 5pk365 without express written consent.

Such use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5pk365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5pk365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, identity verification documents (such as CNIC for Pakistani users), payment information, transaction history, and usage data generated through your interactions with the Platform.

5pk365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure through the Help Center.

5pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Non-compliance with KYC requirements.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's inactive account policy.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal requirement.
• Your own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable compliance obligations will be returned to the Account holder via an approved payment method.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are subject to outstanding balance settlement, KYC completion and any applicable compliance review.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory provisions of your local law apply.
